Actual Figures From The USA Vaccine Compensation Program

How many petitions have been awarded compensation? According to the CDC, from 2006 to 2015 over 2.8 billion doses of covered vaccines were distributed in the U.S.

For petitions filed in this time period, 4,499 petitions were adjudicated by the Court, and of those 2,945 were compensated. This means for every 1 million doses of vaccine that were distributed, 1 individual was compensated.

Since 1988, over 18,247 petitions have been filed with the VICP. Over that 29-year time period, 16,430 petitions have been adjudicated, with 5,482 of those determined to be compensable, while 10,948 were dismissed.

Total compensation paid over the life of the program is approximately $3.7 billion. This information reflects the current thinking of the United States Department of Health and Human Services on the topics addressed.

The ultimate decision about the scope of the statutes authorizing the VICP is within the authority of the United States Court of Federal Claims, which is the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program responsible for resolving petitions for compensation under the VICP.

This is how it is done in the USA, no help in Canada. ​The figures are suspect to manipulation in order to arrive at what number they want you to believe.

For example one injury, in a million doses of vaccines given is an arbitrary number created by them. The proof is in the number affected not the number eventually compensated, my opinion :  existing or coming about seemingly at random or by chance or as a capricious and unreasonable act of will an arbitrary choice.
